How do I track my parcel?

All our services are fully trackable. To keep an eye on the whereabouts of your parcel, track your parcel using your 22-digit tracking number.

Please note that tracking will not begin until the parcel reaches the collection depot, so tracking information may not be available immediately after collection.

Your tracking number can be found in your order confirmation email. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, please contact our Customer Services team for assistance.
