How do I cancel my order and apply for a refund?
If you don't need to send your parcel anymore then we can help you cancel your booking and process your refund request.
If you need to re-arrange your collection without refunding please use the Rebook option below.
Rebook your collection
To rebook you will need your APC reference and either the email address used to place the order or your collection postcode.
Request a refund
If you no longer need to send your parcel, you can cancel your order and request a refund.
Please note that to be eligible for a refund you must:
- Be the contract holder with APC Direct
- Have booked the delivery within the last 28 days
- Ensure that your parcel is not collected
