What is PrePay and what are the benefits?
PrePay saves you time by allowing you to pay credit into an account with APC Direct, which you can use pay for future orders instead of having to enter your payment details each time you send.
How to top-up
The next time you book a delivery, you'll see a button labelled: "PrePay and Checkout". Just click that button and we'll give you the option to top up your PrePay balance before processing your order and paying for the parcels in your cart.
If you want to add funds to your balance without placing an order, log in to your account, go to your "My Account" page and click on the PrePay Balance, which is in the top right. This page will allow you to top-up your PrePay.

Q. How do I add more PrePay credit?
A. When your credit has run out just add more by clicking on the "PrePay and Checkout" button when you order your next parcel delivery, or click the button in your account.
Q. Will I get confirmation when adding money to my PrePay account?
A. You should receive an email confirmation of your PrePay transaction.
Q. How do I find out my PrePay balance?
A. When you log into your account your PrePay balance will appear at the top right of the page.
Q. How long is my PrePay credit valid for?
A. Your PrePay credit is valid until it has been spent, it will not expire.
Q. What is the minimum amount of credit I can add?
A. The minimum amount of PrePay credit is £20.00 per transaction.
